I've had this item for a little over a week, and using it has been a breeze. Putting on the screen protector was simple, efficient, and really easy to do myself. I've noticed that having this phone in my pocket with this glass on, even with keys in my pocket, I still didn't have any cracks in the glass itself, or any issues with my phone whatsoever. Impressive! First time I've gotten a screen protector that actually had ease of installation worked out! First of all it's a nice substantial protector all by itself. But the best part is Otterbox figured out a mechanism to send in the package that allows you to install your screen protector without messing it up! This is genius! All of the struggle of slapping on one of these screen protectors is gone. You clean your phone, set it inside the nifty installation tool, tighten the tool to fit your phone and the screen protector is perfectly lined up with your device. No missing the edge by a little and trying to peel the thing off and hope it will stick right and won't have a cat hair under it when you reapply it .. and boom .. nope . Try again… THATS ALL GONE. The tool is FANTASTIC. I was so surprised. Why didn't someone think of this sooner?

This is so much cheaper in cost than having it installed at the phone dealership. Very user friendly on applying. Big must is making sure the screen is fully wiped clean of any debris before applying. Adhered completely without any issues definitely user friendly.
