Strong cover
The phone cover is strong and protected the phone perfectly when I dropped it (already). Only gripe is minimal. The rubber cover over the port isn't necessary for me, but not a big deal, considering that I only charge the phone once a day.

No more MagSafe stand
Really nice and solid. The only problem is that it no longer works with my magnetic stand anymore. I have to take it out of the case to charge

Not really MagSafe
I love otterbox however the MagSafe is not really MagSafe. You can't feel the connection when it happens and I find that bothersome.

Not What I Expected
Dissappointed the case was not the rubberlike easy to grip material like the Otter Box cases I have purchased with a new phone in the past.

Otter is always good quality
Nice case, but it is a little large for my 12 pro max, which is what I ordered for. The volume buttons don't match perfectly
