I liked this phone cover very much, OtterBox is very high-quality and the color was gorgeous which was the main reason I purchased it. I had to return, purchased for a 16 E iPhone, which had a protective cover over the glass. The fit was a little too snug which caused air bubbles in the protective covering. If not for that, I definitely would have kept the item.

It feels heavy for a cover for your phone, but I guess that what protects it. Hard to push the buttons, needs to be worked in.

When I ordered it, it said complete. I was under the impression that this had the front and back plastic pieces that goes around the phone and then the rubber piece that goes around the phone and all I got was the plastic thing that connects to a belt I guess. So I don't know what happened. I'm gonna take it to the Walmart closest to my house. And turn it in there. In this and then get the correct one so I will re-review absolutely.

Delivery contractor is the worst Item never delivered. Received text that it was delivered , but it was never delivered

Poor design where you charge your battery, the little plastic along the bottomkeeps lifting.. Constantly pushing it back in.
