Was not as robust as previous otter box cover. Does not have an outer screen cover. Good edge padding and phone is slimer which I like.

Love the Commuter Series Cover
This is my second Commuter cover. It's perfect, not to bulky, and offers excellent protection for my phone. My first commuter protected my I Phone 6 for almost 5 years. The phone looked like new when I removed the cover after all that time. Great product!

Best protection
I refuse to use anything but Otterbox on my phone. I can't tell you how many times I've dropped my phone (recently down a flight of marble stairs) and the case has protected it beautifully. I use Commuter, but my husband dropped his phone, in a Defender, off a crane boom while repairing it, and the phone came away without a scratch.

Commuter case is outstanding
The retaiker I purchased my new iPhone from sold me a slip cover. All my past iPhones used an OtterBox commuter cover. After a month I ordered the commuter cover. Wow! Now it just feels “right”. It's comfortable in my hand and I feel like I have the highest level of protection.

Good protection, gets dirty easily
Bought this only a few weeks ago. Fits well. Easy to put on iphone. Good protection. I like the color! And helps you grip the phone since the outer cover is pretty slippery. however it got dirty the very first day I put in my bag. it seems to get dirty easily.

Need better/more colors
The color offerings are pretty weak. As a male there's basically only two options. I also wish it came with a screen protector (the cheap adhesive kind). That being said, other than color I love my case. It's simple but very sturdy. I'll always stick with otterbox.

Effective and comfortable
I bought the Commuter slipcovers for an iPhone XSMax and 7 and am pleased with the ease of installing and the effective protection they offer. Makes the slippery phones feel so much more secure in your hand. Do wish that the covers came in more interesting and attractive colors tho.
