The seller quickly shipped the item, which appeared in new condition but in a previously opened box. Price was the best on the internet. However, seller shipped a case labelled for an A25 Galaxy, and not for the A14 Galaxy that I ordered. But, seller immediately provided a full refund and did not require me to ship the case back. So that's as good of an ending as there can be when one receives the wrong item.

Buying an Otterbox case was almost a requirement. After using Otterbox for years, i chose to try another brand. That was a huge mistake. The different brand broke on first drop. I ran back to Otterbox. Using an Otterbox case gives great phone protection. My proof is in years of use plus other people's reviews. Otterbox protects!

I'm terrible with my phone falling out of my pocket. I've used Otterbox covers since 2014. For iPads and android phones. Even without a cover over the face of my devices, I've never had anything crack or break.

This case has been a very needed and wonderful protection for my phones sake!! Along with the glass screen protector i purchased my phone has lived and been undamaged for years. I got my mom to biy one too. She loves it, she said it made the power and volume buttons of her phones easier to find and use now. Plus has protected it from serious drops %26 falls . I had first purchased one for my older Samsung Galaxy 8 I wrecked yhe box not my phone one day, I called the company andcthey sent me another one I just paid shipping. That was amazing! I've used an OtterBox for a long time and it has saved my phone so many times. I have a new Samsung A17 5G and a new OtterBox . I'm confident the OtterBox will do it's job. The only problem is it partially coverers the flash and the color is very Lavender instead of blue.

the lower button on the side leaves an opening on the lower button, which lets that side of the rubber cover come loose around the bottom and top side of the cases opening for the buttons. I've seen cases that the opening doesn't have the opening. their case fits tight all around the phone

The case is ok, but the phone screen cracked within 5 days. I think it's overpriced for the amount of protection we've received from it.

The case leaves the USB port fully exposed, along with the side button. It protects the edges of the phone from impact, I suppose, but little else. Also, it's made of fairly hard plastic... so it seems unlikely to absorb much of the shock of a fall. It definitely doesn't protect as well as I would like!

I didn't know it would be so slick and would slide off and across surfaces so much. I had another phone case from Otterbox that didn't do this and I mistakenly thought this would be similar to the last one.
