OtterBox Defender Pro Series Case for iPhone 8/iPhone 7, Black

Item was supposed to be shipped to the store, but was delayed an extra day and shipped by Fed-Ex. Driver left package at entryway **** ft from my house. I walked straight down there only to find my neighbors dog had already **** on it. This is why I wanted store pickup.

2 layers of protection: literally a 2 piece snap on with a screen protector embedded in the case , my son also had his own screen protector as well, and then a rubber snap on case to go on the outside of it which has a tail to cover and protector phone charger port, and last but not least, a clip on case on the outside of it to clip on to you whenever. Love it for my 10 year old son since he drops his phone often. I caught this on sale for $5 but it's definitely worth way more.

Fits perfectly.. this is my favorite phone case comes with built in screen protector.. last one I had lasted for about 5 years.. If you put case on as soon as you get a new phone the phone will still look brand new after years of being inside this case..

Delayed getting any iPhone protection b/c I like the small form factor of my iPhone 8. But the otter does not negatively affect this concern, and provides great and needed protection for my older phone, including protection for the charging port which I often had to clean out .

I have had one for 5 years that has survived VERY rugged conditions and use. It was time to replace it due to the small flap covers wearing off exposing the plug in and switches.

We always buy Otterbox Defender cases. We have found them to be the best protection for our iPhones. Got to protect our investments. This is the second one for my daughter’s iPhone 7 and it is pristine.

Product is fine but website ****. I placed order. Got text it was ready. Responded to text “I'm here” website puked. Had employee try website puked. He got another person that called someone that ran somewhere. That was near the greeter area inside. After all the calling texting running etc the boss guy could have brought item to me but told me to go outside to pickup area and call ☎️ number on post. I did. First guy comes out with delivery, then boss guy comes out to make sure I got item then a woman came as I'm walking back into store to check if I got my item. Three Stooges Show reboot 😢

I spent 15 minutes just trying to open cardboard box it came in, trying not to damage it in case I need to return it, which I did! No directions that I could find, just some little line drawings on the side of packaging. I am not an idiot, working as electrician for twenty years. I tried every way to separate the cover from the phone housing, short of destroying it with tools, I finally gave up and returned it

It was wrong I needed a iPhone 13 otter box I told them it was wrong then the second time they still sent the wrong one again I went to store to get what I needed return the other to store.
