Have had the Defender case for a few weeks now. Fit is good, front cover protector fits well and is always a bonus with the clip. Under most situations holds tight to where it is clipped. I've only dropped my phone from waist height and the Defender did it's job. No damage to the box or the phone. I am as pleased with it as the Defender box I had on my Galaxy Note 9.
I purchased the Galaxy Note20 Ultra 5G Defender Series Pro Case before I even purchased the phone. I absolutely love Otterbox products. I'm outside a lot, fishing, hiking or working in the yard and I never worry about dropping my phone, Otterbox Defender always protects my stuff. I have one for my IPAD as well.
I am really impressed by the well made product from otter box. The last case I had was for my note 4 and I really liked it for its long lasting durability and functionality and now 7 years later purchased another case for my current phone and it is still top of the line, top notch, and as reliable as my first otter box case. Love the color and overall feel of the rubber case. Thanks for the only and best cases for my phones.
As expected, because I have had otter boxes in the past, I can use my phone with confidence. I was holding my breath until I got an otter box securely fastened on. I don't care about the extra bulk, I know my expensive phone will be protected!
This is the Only Company I would trust my Note 20 Ultra with! I try not to drop it but it's inevitable, my Note 10 Plus I must have dropped 20 times no damage ever! A++++
I bought this a couple of weeks ago. Seeing the phone is longer, to me the holster needs a lil more stability (the clips that hold the phone in place.) But other than that, I like it more than the other brands cases. The other brands were too slick. And would slide out of my hand.
I've always loved otterbox for all my Samsung phones starting from my Galaxy S5. I have noticed a decline along the way with every year and every new phone I upgrade too ☹. I purchased this pro version for my Note 20 Ultra and the cushion on the back (against the phone) is as thin as the regular defender for my S20 Ultra (I purchased the Pro version and the regular defender version). The Defender Pro version for my S20 Ultra had a thicker cushion than the Defender Regular version (the only difference i could find comparing the two). This is why I have taken off a star. I have had my phone and case for less than a month so I hope it will protect as well as the older versions did.
I have always had Otter cases. They are quality products. I have them for my phone and old tablet. For some reason I keep having to push the outer case back on the button portion on my new Note20 ultra case. Still a quality case, but a little inconvenient.
Originally when I placed my order I purchased the wrong case, it was for an S galaxy 20 and was in pink. When I looked at the choices for the Note 20 Ultra 5G the only somewhat feminine color was this 2 tone burgundy with berry pink n the inside. Very unattractive! Also I wanted the case to cover the rear camera lense of which it does not leaving the lenses exposed and potentially at risk for harm. Now I have to add another lense cover to the entire system. Please Otter get rid of this horrible color and offer something other than black!
I've recently received my product and I must say, of all the years that I've used Otter Box Defender, I will continue to defend their product line, although this time my product is defective. I know nothing is ever 100% on everything. That's why I will continue to purchase and use their products. The defect in this matter is that the phone does not stay locked into the case. This is the very first time I've EVER had an issue with the Otter Box. Again, I've used them with all of my phones over the many years, and will continue to do so.
