OtterBox DEFENDER SERIES Case & Holster for Galaxy Note20 Ultra 5G - Black

I purchased the Defender for my Note 20 Ultra upgrade after having the Defender for my Note 8 & Note 9 prior. I will never understand why cell phones need to be made so slippery! I received the phone & treated it like a newly hatched chick until I received the case a few days later... It took me under 2 weeks to drop my phone for the first time after putting it in the case. As expected the phone landed on its corner & bounced a couple of little cartwheels & came out the other end none the worse for wear! (Just needed to click the pen back in lol) I average several drops per year with my phones & so far Otterbox Defender Series has saved me over and over again. I would never use another!

My Defender case is the best purchase I've ever made for my phone it protects it absolutely from all the falls that is a counter to so far the colour matches the Mystic bronze perfectly

I bought this when I pre-ordered my phone. I knew it was going to be the same standard as always. I was extra surprised to see that I didn't need to "custom fit" (AKA dremel) the edges to fit the Whitestone dome glass that I also ordered. With the past cases you had to dim and the edge to get it to not lift the glass. I will be ordering a spare because I tend to wear out the holster clip points Fairley quickly. Hopefully with the addition of a smart watch I can postpone the wear. As always you can't go wrong with this case. It is what you have come to expect from the brand.

The case fits the Galaxy note 20 ultra like a glove, snug and secure for max protection. I wish it had a built in screen protector, however you can't have everything. I'm very proud of my case, and all that Otter Box has to offer. Great customer service, and a reliable and dependable product. Highly recommended.

Great case. It has an inner rubber protector and a hard otter protector. It makes laying the smartphone flat on its back or front face down just fine to cover the camera bump and the beautiful front 6.9" glass screen. It also has a second hard plastic carry case to place the now protected smartphone inside to snap it on your belt or purse, or bag without worrying about scratching your beautiful new smartphone. I also use the outer case by placing the smartphone face up. This helps as an additional protector for drops and propping up the smartphone to watch videos or use as a television. It adds good bulk because it costs a grip and reconditioned phones from the retailer is a gamble that you may receive another broken smartphone. Works for me.

Love this Varsity Blue color. It's a nice dark blue that almost looks black in muted lighting. The color of the inner case offers a real attractive highlight scheme around the face of your phone, bottom charger flap, and side snaps. I have the Mystic Bronze Note Ultra and its exposed camera housing on the back of the phone adds another cool color dimension to the overall look of the case. As always Ottterbox does an awesome job in designing cases that fit the contour of the phone with precision and this case is no exception. The type of rubber used seems to be a better blend than in the past.. great feel and grip in the hands even if your hands are wet. Texture of the case helps to prevent accidental sliding on hard surfaces to keep your phone safe front hitting the floor. I would recommend this case to anyone. Well worth the price. !!!!!

I purchased this case for my as soon as I preordered my Note 20 Ultra. The case does an awesome job of protecting your phone. I have always used Otterbox for years to protect my phones when I was in the military and now that I am out. On this case, I have noticed a design flaw depending on if you use certain accessories. If you use a Popsocket or anything that attaches to the back, The rubber cover will flex. This caused my ohone to bounce around in my mount and my wife's popsocket to pop off. To fix this issue, I had to use super glue to glue down the center of the back cover to keep it stationary. Now my wife is able to use her popsocket and I can use my vehicle and motorcycle mount. If you don't use anything on the back of your case, then you shouldn't have any issues. Another small issue I have is that the cover for the charging port flips toward the top of the phone. While this is not a huge issue, I would have preferred it flip towards the back of the phone like on the commuter case. This is just one of those little deign features you'll notice after using a different type of case. If I would have known about these issues, I would have stuck with the commuter case like I have for years. While the commuter case is slightly smaller in design and protection, I believe it is a better design altogether.

I love the Defender cases, great protection for the phones I have had. Only problem I have is the belt clip holster. The belt clip holster I currently have for my Note 20 Ultra 5g doesn't hold the phone in the Defender case very well. I clicks in but is loose and has a tendency to pop out of the holster so I have to check it frequently.

I have had this case on the note 20 ultra since the launch Aug 21st. I have had otterbox cases on my phones for over 10 years I live their products and this one is no different. Why the 4 stars? Well on the. Well on the top right of the case where the camera is located the rubber portion can slip up or off if its hot based on where you keep your phone. I have tried a few different spots based on size and comfort. When its in my back pocket it tends to walk off the plastic portion. If I keep it anywhere else it fine. Great buy highly recommend if you can be hard on your phones.

I picked up a new Note 20 phone. I've used the Otter box before with no problem. With this new one I relay do not like how it does not have full protection. The front and the camera are both subject to damage. I'm looking for a better solution. I know this one not going to work for me .
