OtterBox Defender Series Pro Case for Apple iPhone 13 Pro - Purple

Purchased for a second time... only complaint is that the original purchase had external skin stretched out and wouldn't stay on and flap for charging came off.

I've had the Otter box case before. They are well made and give good protection for my phone. I recommend it.

Great protection and belt clip. Glad you still make this model. Prefer a color, rather than black, but just happy that I have a new Otterbox for my phone. The old one wore out after 3 years of heavy use.

It is a quality product but it adds extra heft to the iPad. We went with a slimmer case instead.

I'll put the bottom line here at the top for folks who only care about the most relevant facts. This is a great protective case, and on the whole, I would highly recommend it. This case doesn't always work with wireless charging, but I knew that before purchasing, and it wasn't an issue for me. The case actually does work perfectly with one of my two wireless chargers, so I'd say that it depends on your charger whether or not you'll be able to use this with wireless charging. I have been using Otterbox defender cases ever since I got my first iPhone 5s back in 2013. Back then, I had a case with a beautiful Sienna blue outer shell and a pretty pink inner shell. It was by far my all time favorite iPhone case. When I had my iPhone 7 Plus ad 8 Plus, I once again had a blue outer shell and a pink inner shell. The colors weren't quite as pretty to me as they had been on the 5S, but I was still satisfied over all. Now, I have an iPhone 13 pro, and the color options are more limited than they've ever been. I'm thankful that I was able to get a blue outer shell as usual; the color isn't my favorite shade ever, but is nice enough. As for the inner shell, I have no idea what color it's even supposed to be, and I was very disappointed to discover that the defender case didn't appear to be customizable as it had been in the past. As I said above, I knew that this case wouldn't work with wireless charging, so, primarily in hopes of possibly getting a prettier shade of blue, I bought the case which is wireless charging compatible. To say it was disappointing is an epic understatement, but that's not relevant to this review. In my specific situation, returning it would have been much more of trouble than it would have been worth, so I'm stuck with it, but that's entirely my fault for ignoring reviews. Anyway, back to this case: it's great, and I feel that my iPhone 13 pro is well protected, but I'm very disappointed that my case isn't as visually appealing as it's been in the past.

It's definitely durable. I've dropped my phone once from about 3 feet onto concrete. No damage to my phone or my case. So, it does it's job. Thing is, I don't LOVE it. It's bulky, I can't get it into my pocket, or if I do I can't get it back out without pulling the pocket inside out with it. It doesn't protect my speaker or mic ports from dust. Siri can't hear me very well.
