OtterBox Defender Series Pro Case with MagSafe and Camera Control for Apple iPhone 17 Pro - Black

I have utilized Otterbox cases now for years. I was just glad I had Otterbox on at least 2 occasions where I had accidents that could have seriously damaged the phone… But the Otterbox protected it well. It is the only case I will use… Till the day I die.

I've trusted OtterBox with my iPhone for 23 years. I tend to drop my iPhone and OtterBox protects it. I am disappointed that the screen protector is no longer a part of the package and now must be ordered separately, but the protection is worth even that extra expense.

We have used OtterBox for years and it is the Best, Most Protective Phone Case on the Market! I never had a broken phone, and never feared when I accidentally dropped my iPhone. I Love the variety of colors! I am so grateful that I had an opportunity to purchase 2 for the price of 1! What A Blessing! The cases that came with our new iPhones recently were trash! The frame and screen protector broke after 1 dropping incident! I knew I had to get my Otter Box ASAP! I'm very happy and love my iPhone more because it's in a beautiful protective case and easily distinguishable from my husband's because of the different colors of the cases! Thank You Otter Box!

I always get OtterBox phone cases for my phones. This is my second iPhone 14 Pro Max case because the other one I had. Had a plastic that you put on your phone and then a rubber piece that goes over it and my dog ended up getting a hold of it twice it survived the first attack with the second one didn't but my phone was kept safe without a scratch this case you just pop your phone in it. It doesn't have the rubbery outside that you need to put over the back of your phone and it seems durable. I'm happy with my purchase.

Have been using otterbox defender cases for the last 15 years on phones and tablets. They are the toughest cases and I have never had a device damaged. My only complaint on the 16 pro case is the camera button hole. Why?!? It is the most annoying thing ever. Why leave it exposed? It bothers me enough that I really want to change cases, but I am afraid my phone won't be protected with something else. It gets touched unintentionally ALL the time. It is awkward to hold and just all together a terrible design. If there was a different option that was the same durability I WOULD DEFINITELY CHANGE.

I really wanted to like this case because I've had great experiences with other OtterBox cases in the past. Unfortunately, this one ended up being a disappointment. After a drop of only about three feet from when I was getting out of my car, the inner plastic shell cracked in several places. I understand that no case is indestructible, but I expected it to hold up much better, especially from a relatively routine drop. Over time, I also noticed that the rubber outer liner has stretched out and no longer fits as snugly as it did when it was new. The loose fit makes the case feel worn long before I expected it to. On the positive side, the MagSafe functionality works extremely well. It has a strong magnetic connection and performs exactly as advertised, which is one of the highlights of the case. That said, given the premium price point, I expected much better durability. I've always associated OtterBox with long-lasting protection, but this case didn't live up to the standard I've come to expect from the brand.

After many years as an otter box user and fan this years offering was very disappointing. The fit of the case was not adequate. The edges of the top of the new orange phone showed and constantly shifted and moved in the case. As stated earlier Otterbox was always my go to case for every phone. Sadly, I have returned the case and am trying another. On the positive, my wife is still using her Otters for both iPad and iPhone and I have been using my iPad Otterbox for 5 years. Return to the quality of the past and I will likely return.

I really enjoy the defender series. HOWEVER, OtterBox Defender Series Pro for MagSafe for the 16 Pro Max is horrible because it has an open space o part of the cover. I don't even need that open space- what is the point of that?? The whole idea of a case is to keep everything secure and covered - I understand that Apple put a camera button there which is completely unnecessary because we have the camera button on the face of the screen, hence OtterBox made a case with an open area, but they should also offer something without it being open because it defeats the whole purpose of a case ALSO, the current 16 Pro Max case is hard on the finger when you're swiping up or side to side because the lip is too high.

The design of this case is poor. The indent on the side allows for screen, or protector to crack when dropped. This happened to my husband within three days of having the new phone with case.

Did not receive the item I paid for I paid for a defender case and received a open package only part of the iPhone case and it has not protected my phone whatsoever. Walmart did nothing to help with this purchase would not refund my money. In fact, I asked me to spend more money and I refused.
