OtterBox iPhone 12 & iPhone 12 Pro Commuter Series Case - Black, Slim & Tough, Pocket-Friendly, with Port Protection

I returned it because it didn't fit my phone I have the pro max but your other case lasted so long I forgot to put max when searching and by the time I hit purchase I realized it was the wrong size so there was no way to cancel the order.. no fail safe in place ..

Love my Otterbox! Originally purchased one three years ago. As promised, was replaced free of charge just a few weeks ago when I could no longer get it to properly fit on my phone after removing it. (Original was pretty battered from use.) Original had more of a “case” feel to it since it had top and bottom pieces that snapped together; I liked that. Hoping the hard rubber edge on the replacement doesn't allow dirt and debris to collect on inside seams or along the left-side ringer button.

Pros: High Edges! The edges are raised about 1/5" above the screen even with a glass screen protector! Rear Camera edges are raised about 1/5" above the lenses and 1/4" above the back of the phone. Edges around rear camera are black. More drop protection then most cases. Cons: Need more color options. Especially dark red. Room for improvement: The edges around the rear camera could be more matte. FYI: This case is trades improved protection for a bit more bulk.

Why is my iPhone 12 in near mint condition? 1) I use “‘Otter-ly' Fantastic” products from Otter Box and 2) I use my virtual buttons! Let's face it for the price of a good Otter Box product you can help a smaller company with a great idea AND THWART A LARGE COMPANY THAT RELYS ON PLANNED OBSOLESCENCE! Thunk about that for a moment as the price of everything is going up! I've said it before and I'll say it again: MAKE ALL OF MY DEVICE PROTECTION OTTER BOX! ALL OF IT! Why do I show up so often in Otter Box reviews? BECAUSE I BUY SO MANY OTTER BOX PRODUCTS FOR MY FAMILY'S. DEVICES! Perspective: compare Otter Box's replace and purchase policy to returning or replacing a “smart phone” of any make or model. I ask you: which process is easier and more holistic? I REST MY CASE!!!!!!! MAKE MINE OTTER BOX!!!!!!!

Case does not fit well over the volume up/down buttons on left, nor over the on/off on right. It leaves a small gap between the phone and the case in those areas. But even worse is it blocks the charging port...I struggle to insert the charge cable and fear I am damaging the port.

I have been using the commuter series on my phone for years! This new case does not disappoint and I like the new grip features on the back. It provides good protection for the phone without being bulky, I think it is better than the symmetry series. Love the color as well, highly recommend.

You seem to have changed your design from former versions.the case does not firmly grasp the outlines of the phone and easily becomes detached.

The case is nice. it fits well and is comfortable to grip and hold. The issue I have is the buttons are hard to push so that they actually work. Also the tab for recharging is a pain to flip open and stick the charger in. I'm ready to cut it off.

This isn't my first otter box case I had it on my iPhone 4 iPhone 7 Plus and the iPhone 12 the sides on the case aren't tight to the phone I am disappointed

I love ottobox phone cases this one fits really well not to chunky but still protective ! Ive dropped my phone down a flight of stairs and my screen didn't crack . I won't use any other brand
