OtterBox Strive Series USB-C to USB-C Fast Charge Cable - 2M - Blue Night

If you're like me you usually plug your phone in on your nightstand when you go to bed, maybe even checking it a few times before falling asleep. This 2-meter cable from OtterBox is perfect for doing just that. 2 meters is 6.5 feet so it should reach from your charger plugged into the wall, around your nightstand, over the pillow and to your phone. The cable shielding is a simple rubber coating and the terminal ends are fairly small intentionally to fit within phone cases without interference. So far its my phone case and laptop ports just fine. With my fast charge power brick this cable delivers fast charging. I'm not sure why its called blue night other than its a black cable with a blue ribbon of color on the terminal end. Attractive enough and won't look out of place on your nightstand if you're not specifically looking for lighter colors. Regardless, this is a good and long cable. Its going to be used to charged my phone on my nightstand.

I like OtterBox brand. They cary many cellphone accessories. They are good quality. I needed to replace my current charging cable for my phone, so I checked to see what they had available. Despite this being only the cable, it's been working fine, with the added bonus of being longer than my old cable. I'd say as long as you're looking for something to charge your phone, this cable is fine. You'll need the wall plug. I can't vouch for anything else, though. I recommend.

Sure you can find offbrand packs of cables like these for cheap, but if you're like me you know they never seem to last. They bend, break and just don't seem to fit well either. This otterbox cable has thick insulation but is still nice and bendable. It fits nice with good tolerances for my galaxy tab. Highly recommend!

When I bought my phone, it came with a fast charging cable and plug. For a long time I thought that was the fastest charging capability there was. That changed when I got this Otterbox cable. My normal fast charge cable will charge my phone in about an hour and a half. This cable charged my phone from 15% to 100% in about 30 minutes. I was shocked! Never will I go back to the old chargers again. While charging my phone, I did not notice my phone getting hot like some do when fast charging. It states on the screen that it is superfast charging. The cord I have is about 6 feet long which gives me plenty of length to sit on my couch and use the plug on the wall behind me. This cord is a USB-C to USB-C which meant I had to purchase a plug that accepted the C cord. No problem, I picked one up and it works great with my cable. This cable is flexible and doesn't get tangled easily with other cords. It feels sturdy and well made. I 100% do recommend this charging cable and would definitely purchase another to have in my car.

OtterBox is one of my trusted brands when it comes to USB cords and cables. This particular charge cable is perfect for our gaming items. Fast charges which doesn't take that long to complete. I highly recommend this item if you have young gamers in your household to keep the devices charged.

I'm excited to review the OtterBox Strive Series USB-C to USB-C Fast Charge Cable - 2M because it is a great addition to my collection of cables for various things and applicatios. First of all, right out of the box it feels very sturdy and not flimsy. The black coating feels thick and like it will protect the internal wires very well and stand to stand up to a lot of wear and tear. I tried connecting it to several devices and each time it plugged in easily yet had a tight fit which is great. I have a lot of adapters with a C ports so this will come in very handy for me. It charges devices very quickly but does not cause the charging blocks to get hot which happens very often with other cables. The color I got is solid black but has a little blue line around each port end which helps me to distinguish it from the other chargers in my collection which is great because I can pull it out quickly and easily. The length of the cable is good for most applications as it is not too short and not too long. I think this would make a great gift for any technology, small gadget, electronics enthusiast or student.

love my OtterBox USB-C to USB-C Fast Charge Cable in Blue Night (2M). It is the nicest quality phone charger I own. The charger itself is sturdy and well made and the cord feels strong and smooth. It has good length to it too. The best part is that this charger charges my phone extremely fast. It is unbelievable how quickly my phone can go from dead to full battery. I have never had a phone charger that charges my phone this quickly or has a cord this sturdy and soft. This is so convenient because I’m always on the go and having a fully charged phone is important especially with a family. I’m so pleased with the durability of this charging cable and will buy more of these in the future and I definitely recommend them. I even plan to buy this cable as a stocking stuffer for my family members for the holidays. It’s going to make a great gift. Who doesn’t need a phone charger? This charge cable is much longer than the one I have to charge my Bluetooth earphones. Made of high quality and long-lasting materials. This charge cable Is convenient while on the road traveling and at home or even while visiting with family and friends, I use my Bluetooth earphones a lot and this charge cable always comes in handy when I need it the most. I would definitely recommend this product.

I compared this cable with the one Apple supplies on their big brick for the 15" laptops. Minute for minute the Apple cable and this one charged at relatively the same speed from 10% up to 98%. The Apple cable is thinner and way more flexible, and we know don't last long, especially at the strain reliefs. This one is very durable at the strain reliefs, which worry's me that it has too much leverage on the ports it's plugging into. Looks strong and durable

Unfortunately I ordered the wrong cord so it's not my daily driver phone charging cord that I thought it would be. BUT, the length is great and it does have nice USB-C ends to charge your mobile devices. You would need an adapter to wall charge it though, which I don't have.
