OtterBox SYMMETRY SERIES Case for iPhone 13 ONLY - RESET PURPLE

I had this cover for my previous iPhone and it was a “no brained” to stick with this cover for my new phone! Simple , tough - all the protection I could need . Color is nice but wish there had been more to select from

I'm on my third iPhone and each one has been protected by an Otterbox. Customer service is excellent and shipping was quick.

I do like it but the only thing is it's a little slippery I wish I had some rubber or something to keep it from sliding out of my hand or when I sit it up

Slim, lightweight, and great tactile buttons. I had a symmetry case on my old phone that kept it protected for 2+ years. I wish the fit was slightly tighter around the charging port - I can see a tiny bit of the phone that's not covered there.

My brother and i both got this case for our new phones and started to separate where the hard plastic meets the softer rubber within 6 months. All over the case. The bottom where the charger port is was the worst coming off completely. The volume buttons are often rendered useless because the case was no longer fitting my phone so the buttons couldn't be pressed without adjusting the rubber. The quality has significantly deteriorated since i first started using otter-box nearly 10 years ago. Very sad these cases are no longer reliable especially with how expensive they are.

This case worked fine for a few months (5), but then the rubber around both of the buttons separated, and now it is no longer a good looking case. Poor quality in my opinion. I expected more from OtterBox.

Love the colour, but still unsure. I'm afraid it will break. It is a very slippery and hard plastic on the outside, and almost feels like there will be no give If I drop the phone. I would not buy this type of case again and wish I knew it was this kind of case before I bought, I would have purchase a different case.

In addition to several Defender series cases, I have also owned two Symmetry cases and used them for years on my IPhone 7+, IPhone XR. Frustratingly, the level of protection and grip continues to go down. The case on my 7+ offered interior back padding and durable shock absorbing rubber on the edges. The XR case eliminated the interior back padding and changed the edge material to a harder plastic-type rubber. The buttons also had too little resistance, leading to endless unintentional button pushes when taking the phone in and out of my pocket. The case for the iPhone 13 had improved buttons, but it continued to have a thin layer of cheap feeling plastic on the interior back of the case. Additionally, the side rubber now has a very hard plastic rubber on the sides that doesn't seem to offer much shock protection, and even less grip. I returned the case and will be avoiding Otterbox cases for the time being. Hopefully Otterbox can restore the quality Symmetry series someday.

It's honestly like holding a bar of soap. Very difficult to hold onto especially if you're a busy person

The entire BACK of my phone shattered WITH this case ON!!! What kind of an OtterBox case is this??? I thought it was supposed to be protective.
