great product, no assembly required and easy to set up

Very pleased. No assembly. Sturdy.

So simple to set up. Just open and then you are done. Solid construction.

The bands are too soft so there's no resistance to actually be able to jump. You just sink down and can only move your body 1 way on it.

I purchased this item and after using the trampoline for 20 minutes I immediately knew I had to return the item. The straps, (not springs or bungee cords) are not tight enough to provide a bounce back. The image on the item is not at all accurate. There is some slight up/down movement, but as far as a mini trampoliine bounce to do real rebounding work, it is impossible. The problem is, I CAN NOT RETURN THE ITEM. I requested a refund the day after delivery, was told to bring the item to my store for a return. Got to my store, was told it was "third party" and therefore must be handled through the third party seller. Contacted the seller, they told me it has to get refunded from Walmart. Called Walmart, was told "nope, seller has to send return label." Still no assistance. Don't buy this trampoline. Mine may be a fluke that it doesn't bounce, because it does have many 5 star reviews, but the company is horrific to deal with. Also, always be sure to make sure you don't purchase from 3rd party sellers because Walmart doesn't back you up on returns.
