And the best connected answer to entertain the person choosing, wins. I think anything laughable is good. The game was well made and it'll take awhile to get through every card it comes with but also. I hope they add on expansions so it'll be a lifetime fun game.. 10+ from me! Great game for the family!! However might be difficult if they can't read fully but in that case take it with a grain of salt and help and it'll still be fun.

You can get a silly or a serious as you would like!! if you're looking for an easy game that's not complicated with too many rules, this is the game for you. The instructions are short and setup is so simple that you can be playing within minutes. There are two decks, a setup deck and a response deck. The judge decides who has the funniest pair of cards so you need a minimum of 3 players to play this game. It is rated for ages 8+ and I would agree with that, because there is a minimal amount of reading on each card. The ages in my family that played this game ranged from 15-73 years old. Everyone enjoyed the game and all could be heard laughing at some point. The pictures on the cards could have been a little more colorful and the humor seems to be geared towards pre teens and teens. I like that there is a gold frame where you can put the winning cards on display. Overall, Our Dysfunctional Family is a winner for quick and easy entertainment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a very simple family game that was easy to understand easy to learn, we used it quite a bit but it's more for the younger generation not for adults. It had some very hilarious responses to some very funny questions. It came in a very simple box and very simple to set up.

We laughed a lot, especially when someone would make a disgusting face after reading the answers. It made everyone laugh even more. The rules were easy to learn but some of the younger kids were still confused about which answer card they should pick. The cards are made with good material and still looked nice after playing. Everything stayed in shape. The box was easy to carry and put away, so it's portable if you want to bring it to a family get together. The only thing I didn't like much was the stand where we put the Set up cards. It will fall over sometimes, so we kept the cards flat on the table instead. Also, after playing for a while, the game started to get a little boring, so we usually only played a few rounds at a time. Overall, it's a fun game to play if you want some laughs with the family of friends.

This game is perfect with families of pre-teens/teens. This is not as much fun with just adults, no kids. The little gold frame is cute and adds a nice touch to the game. The instructions are easy to read and follow. The game says 3+ players. I recommend 4+ players to make the cards options better when the player reads them.
