Easy wash and hang dry. Comfortable and lightweight for around the house. Not a winter weight. I like to carry one if traveling because it doesn't take up suitcase room.

Finally kaftans that are wide enough for my size 2X or 3X frame (I have ever-widening hips because of late stage osteoarthritis). The length may have to be taken in a bit for petite sizes; but that is fairly simple. The fabric is silky; yet, not flimsy. It washes and drip-dries conveniently. My only draw-back with some of the African-inspired designs is the use of Black figures (people) which I find a bit cartoonish, imperialistic and, thus, offensive. African fabrics have the most wonderful, colorful geometric designs in the world. I suggest to use wildlife, animals, instead of people in the designs.

I ordered this particularly for the colors. It looked like this caftan had orange, almost coral, and purple. Those are my two favorite colors. But this was a very very intense orange, with cobalt blue. It was not the delicate pattern that the photo shows.

I recommend this item if you're a size 3X but it you are a smaller size two people can get in there. If you are a size 12 or 14 it's big enough for two people. I wish you would state different sizes for this dress because it can hold two people easy. thank you, Cassie

I like the design, colours and style of the Caftan but the material and the way it was made are very cheap.
