purchased 3 umbrellas. great quality - has crank to open and close also adjustable. looks great. much value for the price! highly recommend

Great Umbrella for the $
I really like this umbrella. It is nice that you don't have to push the umbrella up yourself and it tilts which a lot of umbrellas don't. The only issue is the button needed to lock the top part of the pole to the bottom part is missing. I've contacted customer service.

I would buy it again.
It needs a tie to hold it closed. Otherwise its a great product.

Good and Bad
I like the mechanics on this umbrella. The fabric is a bit flimsy though. I'll be interested to see how it holds up.

Umbrella is in great shape, but the pole is bent. Not badly enough to return, but should not have arrived this way.

Dissappointed
Poor quality. It is made of flimsy material, plastic inserts versus metal AND!!! The pully cord is a piece of rope with a knot in it which is tied to the pully at the top of the umbrellla. It will do in a pinch but I don't expect it to last long.

The color fades very quickly even in moderate sun
Last spring I purchased this umbrella in navy and by mid summer it was already faded. My patio only gets sun part of the day and I live in the northeast where the sun isn't very strong. So if it happened here it will happen anywhere. It looks so ugly now.
