Outdoor Conversation Set Assembly

My technician arrived early, which was good for me and he did a very professional job. Put everything together very nicely. I would definitely use the service again. It was very easy. I had to reschedule a couple of times due to my schedule and the app and made it very easy and I had multiple times to choose from

They were unable to finish a job since the unopened trampoline was missing pieces. The guys were fine, they were on time and explained the best they could (lack of speaking English) that they couldnt finish the job. So the 3 stars is not based so much on them as it is they dont carry parts, did not offer any type of solution or even off to see if I could get any type of refund since they couldn't finish the job which wasnt my fault or theirs.

Looks Better Online Than It Does in Person: I wanted to love this set. I spent a lot of time comparing patio furniture before purchasing, and the photos made this set look substantial and much more high-end than many others in this price range. Unfortunately, my biggest disappointment is the wicker. In the online photos it appears to be a thick, textured woven wicker/rattan. In person, it looks and feels much more like flat plastic strips woven around the frame. The wide arms were actually one of the features that attracted me to this set, but because there is so much surface area, the plastic appearance is even more noticeable. For the price, I expected the material to look more substantial and higher quality. The cushions are okay, but they are not especially plush or structured and don't elevate the overall look as much as I had hoped. There are positives. The set is large, the sectional provides plenty of seating, the two swivel chairs are a great size, and I really like the overall configuration. The fire pit and additional tables also give you a lot for the money. Once assembled, it makes a nice conversation area and fills a large patio well. Returning such a large set after assembling several pieces would have been a major undertaking, so we decided to keep it and dress it up with an outdoor rug, pillows, throws, plants and lanterns. I think it will look much better once styled. My advice to potential buyers: pay close attention to the wicker material and manage your expectations based on the online photos. If you're primarily looking for a large set with lots of seating and features, there is a lot here for the money. If you're looking for furniture with a more natural, substantial, upscale wicker appearance, you may be disappointed. Overall: great configuration and lots of furniture for the price, but the appearance and quality of the wicker fell short of what I expected from the photos.

Worst experience, I would not recommend. Shady. Contractors. One contractor tied to swindle me then cancel job after I refuse to cancel thr job and pay him directly. Second one let the shed half done saying his 4 hrs was up. Third one wants me to send him pictures of the cardboard box, ha no cold what the shed looks like. Angie this sad

I ordered this fire pit to provide a nice ambiance for my daughter's 30th birthday celebration. The assembly cost was also paid because I wouldn't have had time to put it together. I called for an appointment, only to later receive a message that they don't have any technicians available in the area. AND I have not been reimbursed my assembly fee of $89. I will keep calling until I get a resolution. This is the first time I am disappointed with Walmart or its counterparts.

They have not yet been here to assemble the fire pit! They keep rescheduling and one time the guy was a no show. They were supposed to come again today and I received a message that they couldn't make it. The message came after the time that they were supposed to be here!! I would definitely not recommend them!!

I thought the installer never showed up for the job. While I'm on the phone complaining to Angi customer service and them telling me to check for an email that they were sending me, I found an email from the installer in my Spam emails noting "I'm here". Why did he not call or text, or ring the doorbell? Just weird!I'm retired. I don't check emails regularly.

It took two separate days for my patio furniture to be installed. The first Angi contractor either misread the job or was only contracted to assemble a single piece out of the whole set, and was only paid $45 out of the $100 that I spent to have my furniture assembled. I had to spend s significant amount of time working with both Walmart and Angi to have them create another job and hire another person to complete the set. The second professional completed the job to standard, but I'm pretty sure they were also only paid $45. If it's something that you just don't feel like doing but are physically capable of doing yourself, just spare yourself the headache and DIY it.

This was a nightmare. I need my $99.00 assembly cost refunded. No one answers when I call. The fist technician literally told me he was on his way for 6 hours and then after we waited in the heat until 8:50 at night. Then he wouldn't answer the phone then when he finally answered he said no I'm not coming?!?!? This is July 3rd mind you and I've got a July 4th planned. Thankfully a wonderful guy came out and assembled the furniture at 9:00. It set our entire day back hours. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied

The guy who was hired was supposed to come out Friday . He didnt show until Sunday. Then he said I was missing parts... so I contacted gdvd for parts... then, I found the parts in the trampoline padding. all of the parts he said I was missing. my dad and I ended up putting it together and saved $158 .
