The set up was easy when it came time to adjust the heater and everything that's where it became complicated. It did not heat up right away. It took actually about two days for it to heat up, but it's perfect. I have enjoyed it.
The tub is a nice size size. I noticed the threading was not stitched well, and it would not stay inflated. I never filled it with water, and I've requested a refund.

When we received the pool heater and read their manual we realized the heater was too small for our pool. We never unpackaged anything, the only thing that came out of the box was the directions booklet. I request a free return as stated and after several days of repeating the same information, they offered me a $30 refund! And told me to give the heater to a family member. After a couple more days they offered me $60 refund. Do NOT buy anything from these people. There is not return policy and there is a good chance it won't work anyways per the reviews I did not see before ordering. ( if those reviews had popped up prior to our chance would still have the almost$500 in my hand . This place is a joke and Walmart should be ashamed of themselves for doing business with them
One reason I bought this pool heater is because it said it used 220 volts. It came with a 120 volt cord and I found out that China' version of 220 volts is different from the U. S. version. I'm not able to use it. Why is this item even able to be sold in the U. S.?
Does not heat anything. I bought on walmart.com. Tried to return it and was directed to a third -party manufacturer. They are dragging their feet on helping. Mad as heck. I bought this on walmart.com. If I was shopping a third- party manufacturer then fine but I was shopping on walmart.com. Thats who I paid ...I am trying to get a refund and am having a horrible time and a very poor experience. Thanks Walmart.
This is a pool heater. we have tried for a couple of months to get this to work and the compressor will not start. I have contacted the seller, tried to contact the manufacturer, number is disconnected and no website. It does not work
I purchased this and it arrive on July 1 I stored it in my house as i have been very busy with work, sports etc, I just took it out of the box yesterday and hooked it up and it won;t even turn on what a piece of garbage
Guys do not buy this at all. this is worst, not working at all. it got broke and water leakage in two days. i will not recommend this.very bad customer service. customer service do not answer what is asked. i lost my 500 dollars.
I have a 4000 gallon pool and have had my heater turned on for many days now and the pool still hasn't heated up yet. I also have a solar cover on it and it's just not working!
