Works good. I use it every weekend! Bake your pizza dough for a few mins before you add it to the oven or it will stick. (normal)

I ordered this oven for my moms birthday and upon assembling I realized it was missing the necessary hardware to put the oven together. I emailed Pizzello hoping they could send me everything I needed (claiming to respond in 24 hours) but it took them about a week to respond and was not very helpful. I work on cars and I will tell you these instructions are terrible (translated to English), mislabeled diagram, etc. I'm sure it's a great oven but I am very disappointed with customer service. It took about 3-4 weeks before I could even use the oven.

I bought the pizzelle pizza oven as a birthday gift for my daughter and was given to her early so she could enjoy it during warmer weather. Unfortunately the pizza oven caught on fire this is the one that had the propane attachment. so I'm very disappointed as this could've turned out more serious and could've left my daughter without a home or someone hurt but we were both quick at thinking to get it extinguished. I also need to start looking for another gift.

My igniter does not work, I have used the Pizza oven two times and had to light gas with a cigaret lighter. Can I get a replacement for the gas unit ?
