Only gives about 5 minutes of cold
It works, for about 5 minutes. I was worried about placing it directly on my neck for freezer burn, but that was not an issue. It's flexible and bends in and out. I don't know if it's our awful humidity and heat in Florida, but I need more than 5 minutes. Will keep, but not really worth the price and would not purchase again.
