Part of the skirt that covers the springs came with a small tear
trampoline is 5 days old and springs stretched out during set up ,and will not go back into shape, spring cover is not like pictured at all it, and will not go around net poles and does not stay in place at all, exposing springs and cant get any one to reply to message
The trampoline itself works, after we rigged two bars that were missing connector pieces or didn't actually fit together on one side, the part that holds the net up is cheaply made for sure and one has already broken after a few days use, the spring cover already has a hole as well... So you get what you pay for, my kids still jump on it and it works.. but had I known, I would have picked a different one.
It looks really great and I had high hopes for it but the part you bounce on isn’t near as tight as it should be.. my kids jump and are able to hit the ground each time and they don’t weigh much at all. This has never happened with trampolines we have had on the past. Decided items not worth the money!
This trampoline has a lot of potential, but unfortunately there were two significant manufacturing issues. One of the sewn-on straps that secures the net to the poles was missing, and the ladder was missing screw holes on one side.
Very upset, putting this together for my children and it’s clearly not a well manufactured trampoline
It concerns me that the safety of children is dependent on someone that can’t even send the right one. Can’t return it because that would cost more than the purchase and make a $225 trampoline cost about $500. Should have just ordered a new mat for my old tramp. Got caught up in having lights which are just a string of silly Xmas lights with a damaged remote. If you buy this and Walmart messes up your order you’ll be stuck with it
i put this trampoline together and i am a young dad weighing in at 125-130lbs i got on it a jumped on it to make sure it was safe for my daughter n her cousins IT IS NOT SAFE the medal clips that are inbetween the spring and black part of the trampoline broke fresh out of the box now my daugher cant play on her big bday present she got i chose to buy this trampoline because it was suppose to be so much more durable than the COMPLETE RIP OFF
