Pull tab on zipper came off. easy fix but this is part of the "lock" (haven't bothered with that) While it may keep water out, to some level, I am not so sure about the fire resistant part. Inside is decent but if things do not lay flat it takes up a lot of space. Needs to be about 2 inches deeper for what i need.
It's great that it's a hard case and has a combination lock, for protecting a laptop computer and other items; just wish it also would have come with a shoulder strap to attach for a second option for carrying it, too.
Arrived smashed and the zipper doesn't line up, but needed immediately so using regardless but can't lock it since the zipper doesn't line up.
Very poor workmanship. Very flimsy. First day zipper part fell off. Second day one of the handles broke. Second handle broke. Don't buy.
Exactly what we needed to keep all our important information in
The chains are weak and break easily. Other than that I'm pleased with the purchase.
i really like it. it keeps my things safe.
just what I needed for important documents!
Compact, yet still has many pockets and compartments. Great design.
IT REALLY DOESN'T LIVE UP TO MY EXPECTATIONS! I DON'T LIKE RETURNING THINGS SO I WILL KEEP IT!
