The pole was easy to set up. It's light weight and believe my grandson will be able to cast with it well. Love it can be easily broken down and stored in the bag that's provided. Perfect starter pack for children.

Six-year-old grandson caught many bluegills off this little pole. Did come with a lot of little useless tackle, but the pole itself in the bag are worth the price.

Got it quick and was more than I expected. Love it all and the carry vag sealed the deal.

Very great kit kids loved it the end of the pole is very thin and a bit flimsy feels like it would break very easy

So far it looks OK but it feels like the instructions are missing and maybe something else so I think I just got one that is missing some parts .

not sure if we got a defective pole/reel or they are all like this but we were finally able to use this cute set only to have disappointment. the reel doesn't work. the first time taking it out, he got a few throws at most and then just stopped working. (it wasn't great to start, but doable). we have attempted to take it apart and look at everything and it's still not working. cute yes, worth money for like 3 throws, no.

Small and useless. My son has been asking to go fishing and I thought this would be a good intro pole. Nope. Complete waste of $$. Looks like a painted stick for a toddler. Yes it comes with all the hooks and such (very much NOT for toddlers!) but the pole itself is just child's play. Make it worst, I got one for myself so double annoyed at the quality of this.

It really bad I got in a teared open box the fishing rod was poor quality in the Hooks weren't that sharp

It broke as soon as my daughter tried to cast use it.
