I was quite enjoying it.
For me, the Season 7 was more interesting than the Season 6. Part 2 of the Season 7 is much better than Part 1. A lot of intertwining plots. Some of the episodes are fantastic while some feel rushed. They had a lot of storylines to cover in a few episodes. Overall, I was quite enjoying it. Thinking of rewatching the Season 7 again. Before watching the Season 8.

Outlander has been a beloved series based upon a compelling story that grips at the heart strings and transports one into that world. You will love the characters and feel connected to them and the story!
