The lamp coming with both the remote (magnetic and sticks to the lamp post/pole!) and the "stompy button" is a phenomenal deal in our eyes. I bought the first one for the living room and it's used with all of it;s different settings and brightness every day. I thought for sure that the shade would be feeble and pop apart instantly, but I can vaccum it, swiffer it and not a single issue. I've bought a second one for a bedside light and it too is perfect for it's location. Neither lamp is wobbly or top heavy. Definitely get the one with the remote!

A great lamp for a great price. This lamp is exactly as described, looks exactly like the photos. It's sturdy, assembled easily, and works. I've had it for a couple of months. The bright is plenty bright for reading or activities like crocheting, especially if I swiveled the light to directly above me (which so far I've never needed). And the remote works great for brightness and temperature adjusting. For reading I use the neutral tone and in the evenings I touch one button for the lowest warmest glow. And the packaging!... a marvel of design that the lamp all fit into that tiny box! It looks good and works great beside my recliner (it's a new place, sorry for stark background). If I could have one tiny functional difference which is just a personal preference, it would be that the lowest brightness setting went even lower to the point of being almost a nightlight of ambient glow in the corner, just enough to eat by if watching a movie or get around in a dark room. But that is nit-picking and would be unicorn status. 🦄 It's also easy enough for me to drape a scarf or other light-dimming item over the shade. Overall, this is a great lamp for the price and I'm very happy with it.

Lamp was easy to put together. Took maybe 5 mins. Bought it because it was the least expensive lamp with remote for my brother who has hard time walking. Base is very heavy so my cat won't knock over and parts were well made. Very happy with it so I got a second one for bedroom.

Great looking lamp, love the remote control you can dim as low are high as you wish for ambient. Great price, the only drawback was the wires that connect the should not have been white maybe a darker beige as the shade. That's the only drawback and yes I would still purchase it, gives the living room where I have it a very elegant look.

I'm impressed! I put it together in a few minutes. Easy peasy! Pretty shade. Very sturdy base. Good light to read, study by. Looks nice in living room, bedroom. Comes with lightbulb. My first time receiving a lamp in a box to assemble, but it turned out well. I think you can figure it out without reading the instructions, seriously.

I'm happy to stop my search on this one and will buy 2 more for home and airBnB. Why? Stands well without taking up space nor does it cause accidenta with wild children about the place. This is the only standing lamp with pivot feature to aim to desired area. Value for money? Yes! when you compare to expensive and awkward ones from Targ***'.

It's a good lamp for the price. It puts out good light and is attractive in a simple way - nothing fancy, a basic floor lamp. What I don't like about the lamp is the floor switch. I'd prefer a normal on and off switch in the regular position by the bulb.

I love this lamp! It looks great and functions well. The remote is very convenient and it has a lot of settings. I took off a star because the pole has a chip in the paint. I didn't exchange it for another one because they are out of stock. I'm disappointed but still love it. I just put it in a spot where the chip couldn't be seen easily.

The lamp does not look as good in person as the picture,however,consider the price it is just okay. Another thing,the driver left the item in my drive way by my garage instead of my front door. Anyone could have picked up the package which was in plain site.

Received put lamp together and batteries in remote and the remote doesn't work! I contacted seller twice, no response, contact Walmart-stated they will contact seller and escalate. Can't use the lamp without remote!! So if I could 100 zeros I would!! Do better Walmart ur getting worse! Stay away from this lamp cuz if u have an issue no one gets back to you and it's been way over a week, do not buy, Do not recommend seller!
