Outset Chimney Starter

I love this. I just wish it could be 1/4 the weight it is. I love how the fire can be in the middle of the box on a removable rack, or on the ground under it. You get two racks. One for the middle to brace the box to keep it open. One that fits right into the top snug. As long as you don't take out the middle rack the box can be carried with the fire going if made in the middle of the box, and not on the ground. The box is fully open in the bottom as is the top. There is a lock to keep the handle in place.

Really well built. Easy to use. I like the fact that you can use it as a travel grill too!

Really cool, can use it as a bbq an cheminey... and doesn't take a lot of space in my camper.

Very easy to start a fire in it and it got hot with in 15 minutes, maybe less. I grill some yummy sausage on it and was very pleased. Can't wait to use it again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great chimney for charcoal I would recommend it to anybody I know the only problem I noticed is there needs to be a heat shield covering the plastic handle otherwise it's really great to me it's really nice that folds up you put it all your way I haven't got to use it as a grill because of the snow and my area but I read recommended to friends and family thank you

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this primarily for starting charcoal for my larger grill. It is fast, easy and works like a charm. As far as using it as a grill, it will work in a pinch. You can grill 4-5 hot dogs and 2-3 hamburger patties.
