Outset Silicone Burger Press and Storage Tray With Lid, 8 Burger Capacity

Perfect. I can make my own burgers with my kids and freeze them for later. Love the press that comes with it, making it better than any other product I have found to make the perfect burger.

This works! I can stack them in the freezer and take them out as needed on or more at a time.

I actually have 2 of these. Once I mix my ground meat or poultry up, it takes me about 15 minutes to make 8 burgers. A plastic press is supplied to smooth out the tops but I find that using a teaspoon is better. It is made of heavy duty silicone, so it's pretty sturdy. Just fill the molds up, smooth them up, put the lid on, and pop it into the freezer. The burgers do not stick to the silicone when removing, and as long as it's not too long, you can just keep them in the mold, and use them as needed. I highly recommend this product. May be a little expensive, but it is heavy duty, so it doesn't flop all over when picking it up.

Easy to use and clean. The mold allows you to form and freeze burgers and the silicone allows for easy removal. The burgers pop out effortlessly. I like that you can make several at a time and store it for later or remove and make more. Also I like that it is dishwasher safe for easy clean up. This mold can also be used to mold other items.

I love how thin this burger press is. It doesn't take up a lot of room in the freezer at all. It's really easy to make even burgers instead of having to guess and hope they are the same size. So far, the lid seems pretty secure while it's in the freezer, but time will tell if it lets any air in and makes the patties get freezer burnt.

There was a lot of thought that was put into making this. I love that they added lines to show you the weight of the patties at certain levels. They also make burger sizes that are perfect for standard buns. I had good success in making patties, freezing them in the tray, and then popping them out to store in bags and cook. The tray was pretty clean after using it and a cycle in the dishwasher on the top shelf had it back to spotless.

Excellent product

Although this is a great product for freezing hamburger patties, the lid is NOT air tight. I don't like that. Wish it had been silicon (I thought it was when I purchased). I'm trying to get rid of using PLASTICS. Too many issues by using it.

We like that we can prepare our hamburgers in advance. Nice that we can freeze or refrigerate for later. Wish it was little lass flimsy.

I wish the product was oven-safe.
