Outsunny 118" x 98.5" Black Solid Print Retractable Awning, Remote Controlled

Solid and sturdy. Even for 3 people. Satisfied with the product.

This product is intended to be mounted to a building and extends out with an electric motor. Nice smooth and very quiet. The remote control is very sleek and has a function to stop it mid travel either in or going out there are limits cruise. You have to be careful on the Justine, because the motor does have enough torque to rip the thing apart. I recommend taking it down during the rainy months to prevent rotting.

Excellent product, easy instructions to follow and install. A little more clarification on how the end product should look like, inside and outside, would have been icing on the top.

We cannot put it up right now as we are building a deck but we have looked at it and it seems fine

We were excited to receive this nice looking patio swing until we put it together. The seat is shorter than the one we have had for about 16 years. Perhaps it is okay for people with short legs but the seat stops in mid thigh area whereas our old one when right to the knee area. It is very up right which is not very comfortable. The most disappointing thing about this swing is the material it is made out of. Water beads on top when it rains and takes forever to dry and the canopy overhead lets all the water leak through. It feels like we are sitting on plastic and it is just not comfortable. For the price, we expected more comfort. Back to the drawing board of finding a swing that is big enough and comfortable.

Nice awning. Took 3 hours to install. Was all good but at the end noticed the seam had little tear.

I received awning with a rip along the seam in the awning edge. Some scratches but thought once hung up with the difference in height it would not be too noticeable. What got me concerned was the power cord having burn marks on it. I did not plug it in. It was still wrapped and didn't notice until attempting to install it.

Has a manufacturing defect. Reached out to supplier. They are no responsive.

I purchased two of these items. Neither of them had all the parts to put one together. I got parts out of each of them and was able to assemble one awning. The sleeve bolts they sent to attach it to a brick wall failed miserably. The kit I would not recommend. I have been trying to contact the manufacturer with no luck. It is a lot of money to spend on something that does not come with a complete list of parts to put it together.

Onsonny sent me a dented unit .lot of problems putting it together should have sent it back.
