Box came by FEDEX ..box had some tears in it...always take pictures of any package that is deliver to you no matter where from if you see any tears ,rips, wet spots or opened... when i opened box and took out the parts i noticed a few dents on the side of the fire pit table...... i called Walmart told them and they offered a 10% refund on what i paid for it i accepted because i could live with the small dents .... i starting to assemble fire pit found that important screws were missing i should have checked before i started to assemble to make sure all screws were there i didn't my mistake there... i had to pack it up and ship back to Walmart at least they provide free shipping back and a Fedex home pickup ...it was a pain in the rear end putting everything back in the box and finding take to tape it closed ...would have been worse if i had to take to a Walmart store because package was really heavy
