Excellent chair for my home office, wanted a high back for my support, the heat is wonderful and I tried but don't use the massage a lot but it's a great value

Well Featured
I was in need of a new office chair, and found this one. Many nice features. the massage and heat work well. Remember this is an office chair, not a massage chair. The back looks taller than it is, but still comfortable, and the recline works great. I'm pleased with my purchase.

Over all very good chair.
Very nice chair, but you have to Fix a Squeaky moving joints by greasing. Use White Lithium Grease.

Thought it had massage balls for deeper massage, however the chair only vibrated.

A most awful chair that broke within a month!
The chair after 3 weeks of use seems to be broken. It feels like I'm sitting on a pole that wobbles everywhere. Every attempt to tighten and identify the problem has failed. There is nothing I can do to fix this. Even my contractor couldn't try to repair it. User beware! This chair is VERY poorly made.
