The shade itself seems to be waterproof. At this point, my plan is to disassemble the whole thing in the fall and store it in the garage so I will have many, many years of enjoyment. I love the ability to sit outside now that I have this sun shade. I also bought Eurmax Weight Bags and attached a bag filled with pea gravel to each leg to provide resistance if a strong wind should sweep through my area. One last thing, the height of the top of the frame is so tall that no one has to worry about hitting their head.

Opening it up, everything was nicely packaged and all parts clearly marked. I laid everything on the patio and began to put it together, which surprising was enough because it was pretty easy. I am very pleased with the quality of the product and how it looks. It fit our patio perfectly and completely transformed the usability of the patio, as the sun is no longer beaming down on us, as we are in Southern California and the patio is south-facing, meaning it is always in the sun. It seems very solid considering the price.

I used the canopy to provide shade for a dog sleep. I'm happy about the sail.

Kit went together well. It takes 3 people to have enough hands, but the directions are easy to follow. Only reason why it is not 5 stars is the side pieces are not bolted together, but have a clip bottom. Would have liked a stronger joint there. We are pleased with the cover.

It took me about an hour to build it on my own. I only needed a helper to stand them up. They are very heavy duty. I have screwed them to a wooden pool deck and have two side-by-side for a large shade area. I hope the company will provide a replacement canopies.

Delivery was quick - product appears of quality - wish it also came with tie down ropes to help secure the canopy. Hoping to spend many enjoyable days under this canopy.

Medium quality but it does the job to get protected from the sun. I had to adjust a few things for the assembly (e.g. slightly flattened tubes not fitting well together or holes not matching exactly to insert bolts), so some skills, tools and patience are required, but I was expecting this kind of challenge when I saw « Made in China ». This is something that should be mentioned on the website as I'd like to buy items manufactured more « locally » to reduce the carbon footprint. Same comment regarding the top, I believe when it is worn out, I'll have to « recycle » the whole gazebo. Walmart should be more environmentally responsible on the selection of their items. Their impact is huge on this aspect.
