NOTHING builds confidence in a helmet like a good fall. The helmet did it's job and stayed where I needed it - on my head. This is a perfect schooling helmet!

I bought this for a young lady that was in need of a good fitting helmet, this was our second one to try, the first was a Troxel that was ok, it fit her oval head, but sat too low down around her forehead and ears. This one sat perfectly and did not apply pressure to he front of her head, which should give her relief from headaches she gets from other helmets. I am hoping it continues to be comfortable for her.

I love this helmet for schooling. It's lightweight, adjustable, and better fitting and more attractive than the Troxel options. I keep a backup handy for friends to use, and since it's adjustable the medium/large works for most adults. I used to ride daily in more expensive CO or GPA helmets because I hated the cheaper ones. This Ovation changed my mind.

I've had this helmet for several years now and the only "complaint" is that is it a bit too round for my long oval head. I shimmed it up with some sticky foam on the sides and I'm good to go. I love that I can adjust the dial to fit my hair up underneath, down in a ponytail, and even can wear a thin fleece headband when in cold weather. Highly recommended for a cheap and light schooling helmet. Nice enough to show in on hot days too!

The packages arrived in a damaged box (product box not the shipping box. The item had obviously been opened and tried on. It was a little dusty too. But we like the Ovation Schooler helmet itself so we will be keeping it.

I bought this helmet a year ago and it was my first helmet that was my own. It is comfortable, but if you are extremely sensitive to helmets, this isn't for you. It is very adjustable which is helpful when styling your hair differently. Haven't fallen in it yet. Also comes with a bag which is good for storage to protect thew inside.

I'm a huge Ovation fan, and it was time to replace my older Schooler one this year. I got it during the "helmet month" sale for around $40, and I have to admit if I paid anymore than that, I would have sent it back. Its not a bad helmet, but it certainly isn't the quality of Ovation I am used to. Seems like they have changed some stuff as it is NOT the same Schooler helmet I purchased 5 years ago. Plastic quality seems a lot less durable, cheaper even. I do use it, but I would purchase a different brand or line next time. However, for the price, I can't complain too much considering it has the dial in the back for adjustment, and its still stylish.
