absolutely love the steamer, it doesn't take up much room and you can steam as much as you want by using all 3 steaming containers or as little as you want by using only 1 steaming container

Works ok,cheaply made. Plastic baskets are thin!
I'm somewhat happy with my purchase. It works well. When I received it, it took me over 4 hours to get the plastic baskets apart. They were pushed together so tightly like someone pressed them together as tight as they could. The plastic is so thin, it will break without much effort. Not as well made as a previous steamer I'd had.

NO timer bell or catch tray
I wouldn't tell someone not to buy it, but there is no ding on the timer or a catch tray. So what ever drips back down really just drips back down into the heating element. It does make good rice, and steams vegetables fairly well. It also does a nice job on the eggs. It takes a bit to really start steaming so that is when I actually set a different timer. The plastic is thin and gets very very hot make sure to use a towel or oven mitt when removing the trays. It wouldn't be my first choice again, but I would purchase again if I couldn't afford a better one.
