I needed a new French press after I broke the glass on my other one. Wasn't sure when I first looked at this if it was going to be kind of inexpensive looking. But when I got it, I was very impressed. I love it and use it every day easy to clean and it's kind of classy looking. Would recommend this to anyone and would get it again.
It feels very high quality and gets the job done perfectly.
It works great. Coffee is delicious. However, the cleaning involved takes a good 10-15 minutes to gently remove the coffee grounds. Otherwise, you've got a mess to deal with.
I just got my new french press and I couldn't be happier, I works great, It makes the perfect cup of coffee, Its some much easier to clean than a regular coffee maker, and it looks alot better in my new kitchen...Very Stylish.. I'm very happy with this purchase! Beautiful and useful. Made only from glass and steel, no plastic parts. Easy to wash. Coffee and tea stay hot for a long time. It's a pleasure to make coffee in this press. I love it!
Bought this in hopes to avoid breaking another! The stainless steel helps make this French press more durable!
So I love this product... it takes the mystery out of wondering what's lurking inside my constantly wet coffee maker. It makes delicious coffee, and there's no pesky math to do transitioning from the coffee to water ratio from your coffee maker. Same measurements. However, the box says dishwasher safe- I'll give it that... it made it through and got nice and shiny on the inside from the dishwasher. However, because the stainless steel outside is not removable from the glass where you place your coffee and water, the dishwasher particles got stuck in the bottom of the press between the stainless steel and the glass. It looks a little gross and despite trying to soak it out, forever it will probably remain. I suggest hand washing the press. Other than that, I'm quite happy.
