popcorn popper arrived 3 days after initial delivery date. first it said it required a signature for delivery on Friday, then it said it would be here Sunday night by 8 pm, nothing. Then it said it would be delivered Monday. Delivered Monday, left at door while I was at work. no signature, not even a knock on the door (roommates home all day). very poor customer service, not meeting expectations. Amazon here comes my business.

works good. easy to use. "built in" measuring cup.
I wish the top had a more complete spout (curvature) to keep the pop corn from blowing all over toward the end of the cycle. The spout is so short.
It stopped working in the middle of the first batch. just stopped...dead...
