It's a different type of mark. There sounds like there's a little ball in the tube, has to be shaken well, the point is white, u press the point on a hard surface, the point retracks and it comes out bright red, and you're ready to write. Nice, good value.

Great product!!! Tho has many uses and works on many surfaces. Artwork, drawings, labels, etc….It sparkles and glides on. Med to thick point

I live in a nursing home that requires Identification on your clothing. laundry marker eventually fade. These so far have not faded. I now have ordered some in black.

Husband used these to mark tires and different things in the garage. Would recommend, easy to use.

I use paint pens all the time, so I know how these work. I had a project that was going to require two or three pens so I bought a three pack. Two out of three of the paint pens were dried out and are completely unusable. I ended up having to go to an arts and crafts store here in town and buy paint pens there. They say "You get what you pay for". In this case I got less than what I paid for.
