Before it was delivered, I was afraid it would be too big to fit through the front door (old house with 29" doors) and be too heavy for me to move. But it came in 2 boxes, cleverly packaged too. Assembly was a snap and so will disassembly if I ever choose to move it. It's lovely, just the right size for me and my cat (BIG cat that thinks he's a lap cat). Comfortable, versatile. I can knit, read, watch TV or nap on it. Very pleased with it.

The shipping and boxing was great, the quality is nice, as pictured.. I did have a problem when attaching the base to arms, it truly was not sized correctly and it took two people to kind of squeeze and force the connection. But it's sturdy and I love it.

had no idea where pieces were .. thought they were missing seller did get back to me with location of hidden items finally got seat put together might get a few more

just know you won't get the package all at once it will be two separate packages and shipments made me mad that i have to wait to assemble it with no tracking number i dont know when im gone get the other half so i cant do nothing with it right now till the rest of it comes

1st of all this o erpriced tacky super-wak quality item never arrived because the inept company that makes and ships the thing is all the way in vietnam, a consumer can ot contact the company, i was told to refuse it. it would have arri ed half of it one day. very heavy, no instructions tgat were logical or legible. they bulled my account dor $103.00 o ver the first quoted price left it on my doorstep anyways after the driver was told not to unload it, threw my account into overdraft, screwed up my fica,took a long whike to get a xredit, tgey only asked if tge deal could be fixed, y email after i disputed the charge for the disceptive pricing and bad product. i feel bad for anyone wasting time and energy, but the only one disappointed and take for $ without gain8ng any was me. t i sure didnt enjoyit a t all, any part of it.

The zippers on the bed itself already broke off and now wont close. It's ok to sleep on. The big pillow zipper opened up and i fixed it but feel it won't last much longer. Disappointed.

We ordered gray it came in two large boxes, went to get it out saw on box one is white, the other one is gray, so we called Walmart and we talked to several different people each one gave a different story! Finally we got a hold of someone again to return this item they said we could take it to Walmart the store so we loaded it up again took it into store they said they couldn't take it because it was through marketplace , so now still staying to figure out how to return this!

Shipping was fast, assembly was easy, The chair is cute , however it is so small, very low to the ground , reminds me of something that should go in a child's play room or a room with little furniture, do not recommend for living rooms.
