Very easy to assemble and looks very pretty. Fabric is warm and cozy. I needed to add more stuffing to pillows because they were so flattened by the vacuum seal they came in. It's lower to the floor than imagined but overall very appealing and comfy to lounge in by everyone!

Although we appreciated the size and softness, there were somethings that didn’t meet our expectations. The pillows were not very full or fluffy even after a week of unpacking which led the back of the couch to be uncomfortable seeing it’s made of wood. The materials didn’t seem like the best quality and we worried about it wearing out soon. When put together, all the legs did not sit flat due to one of the hooks being too high. When we tried to return it, they were difficult to work with and did not let us return the item after several emails back and forth.

the chair came with a missing bracket. The only way to contact the company is through email. when we finally received the missing part, no directions were included on how to attach the bracket.

It’s very nice, but only gets 2 stars because I only received 2 pieces, it would be better if I got the entire couch.

I’m giving this item 1 star until I receive the rest of my purchase and I don’t even want to give it that. Nowhere during the ordering process, checkout, or order tracking did it mention that this chaise would arrive in multiple shipments. When I log into Walmart, it shows the order as delivered with no indication that additional pieces are coming. I only received one part of the chaise, yet the system marks the order as complete. This is extremely misleading and feels like a scam. Customers should be clearly informed if items are shipped separately — not left guessing where the rest of their order is. Did not get the full set and I was sent 2 different color piece not even the same color and have not sent any email back for a refund also no sign of anything other parts being sent Very disappointing and never shopping from these people every again it’s honestly just a scam and a hoax

This is the biggest hoax of ALL I’ve ever experienced. It was delivered, left on my porch with no notice of its delivery. I couldn’t lift the “box” in the house to “ASSEMBLE” it! Took it in pieces by pieces. Inside the box was 5 pieces but the directions showed 10 pieces! I received a back piece, 2 arm pieces and a board. No cushions or pillows, no full body sofa cushion or a bracket to hold it IF there WAS a bottom half! AND TO TOP IT OFF what I received wasn’t an oversized anything. What a rip off!

Terrible product don't even bother getting the protection plan because Walmart won't help. Just spend more on getting an expensive couch not worth it. Mind you it's comes with at least 8 parts and I got 4 the seller doesn't even respond don't do it. Just buy something expensive and save yourself the trouble

I never got my pillows with my oversized lounger.....Dont recommend because if you dont receive all your items, u only get shipping back......so now, I have a lounger that i cant lounge on because pillows werent included....
