The packaging, and product are of great quality. The oversized pillow is comfortable, and easy maintenance. The zipper closure is amazing. Looking forward to the delivery of my Black pillow.

I now have my set, and I love them. They're fluffy, yet firm, and as comfy as can be. The zippered case looks to make cleaning easier.

Not soft and cozy
Was looking for a pillow that would be cozy to lay on..... this is not it. It feels like a slab of carpet on a pillow, literally...has a hard backing like carpet does so not comfortableto lay your head on. If you are just looking for a decorative pillow, its fine... looks cute and love the large size but its not soft and cozy, not what I was looking for.

it never fluffed up fully, was very firm, not soft outside material like i wanted to lay on couch with.

Unfortunately, this item sheds like crazy. I purchased 2, and the strands are shedding everywhere with light to little use.
