IT'S A WONDERFUL CHAIR for a GREAT PRICE!!!! At this point, although I've only had it a couple of days, I would definitely purchase again and recommend this chair! I ordered my chair on March 13th 2025. I was told it would be delivered March 31st 2025. Then, I got a notification that it would be delivered early on March 21st 2025. . I received one box on March 16th. I contacted the seller because I was very confused as to why I only received the base of the chair. They got back with me immediately, within 24 hours, and informed me that it comes in more than one box. LOL, my bad. They were very kind and informed me that they contacted FedEx to expedite the shipment. Which I thought was extremely kind. I received the other two boxes on March 18th. so, the delivery was awesome! The chair is very comfortable. The heat and massage feature works very well. The lift on it is excellent! it almost puts you in a totally standing position. It's better than some that I've seen by far! Everything seems to be working like it should. The only problem that I have had is getting the back to latch down. I don't know if it's because I'm weak because of my neck, or what. I bought the chair because I have to have my neck rebuilt due to degenerative disc disease, spinal stenosis, and something else, I forget. I won't be allowed to sleep flat for quite some time. Of course, my movement will be extremely limited. I'm hoping that this chair will stand up through the test of time for my recovery. If not, I will update this post.

This recliner is very well-made. It's firm. It's not real soft, like cheap recliners . The material is durable. It has a USB port in the hand control for charging . It' has vibration and heat. It is also very quiet. It doesn't have that loud motor sound ,you can barely hear it ,when in use . my husband is a big guy , 300 pounds 6 foot four inches , he fits very comfortable in it.It comes in 3 boxes. The motor box was the heaviest box . Fairly easy to assemble.Very nice recliner, overall, worth the money .

I actually put this together by myself but it would have went a little quicker if I had a helper. I just love this chair it is very comfortable. And it extends out great. It doesn't lay completely flat but it does enough so you can nap in it. It is well worth the money I paid for it.

The chair is wonderful! It is so nice that my husband stopped cleaning the rest of the room just to sit in it and watch TV. We are both old! We had a lot of struggles putting it together. It was NOT because of the chair, but because of our own physical limitations. Have someone help if you are unable to lift or have other physical limitations.

back is very hard to put on, and it doesn't latch properly you touch the back and comes up with very little touching and wants to come off. something very wrong.

Several quality issues keep my review lower that I had hoped for. The left arm rest (which opens to provide a storage area) was installed poorly, whereby the screws do not go into anything solid and is also installed an inch or so too far forward thus preventing use of the cup holder except for smaller bottles. Not sure that we got the back completely seated, will have to work on it more.

On the positive side, the chair is comfortable, it looks good. The cubbies on the arm are very nice. on the negative side. It is not made well. It looks like it will fall apart in a year or so if it lasts that long. And the worst thing about this chair is it does NOT lift you up to a standing position. And that is the main reason I bought this chair. For anyone who actually needs a lift chair I would not recommend this one!!

I wanted to return this chair and have been trying to send it back for over 2 weeks, and can't get anyone to contact me to send it back.

product never arrived, customer service AI initially said it wasn't eligible for refund or replacement, after speaking to a human agent I was told the item was out of stock and a refund would be issued within 2-5 business days, 7 business days later a different human agent told me the refund would be handled by the 3rd party seller and not by Wal-Mart, this agent repeatedly mangled my name..(my name is Norman, she kept calling me Normal), as of yet have NOT recieved my refund. Under no circumstances will I ever buy anything from Wal-Mart again, and will advise family, friends, acquaintances, neighbors, strangers, and enemies to spend their money with merchants who actually care about their customers.
