This chair is very comfortable . The chair has a good balance of comfort and firmness, granted it is new and we will have to see how it feels over time. The only couple small items that could be better is the amount of effort it takes to close the chair to make it latch. My big Lazy Boy recliner has a lever which makes closing easier. This chair takes a bit of leg power to get it to close. The only small item is the phone holder. The connection to the chair is high on the side vs. lower in the assembly instructions. You have to snake the flexible holder around to get the phone holder to the position you want. One other item that would be good is for the phone holder to be small enough to hold the remote. BUT, don't let those points stop you from considering this chair.

I love it BUT it supposed to come with a phone holder! It was not included otherwise it would be 100%

Chair is very nice reason for only 3 stars is chair is supposed to be for big and tall folks however it's no bigger than the standard size chair it replaced

I dislike the fact that it leans back too far in a sitting position. Also I dislike the fact that it doesn't have a way to lower the foot rest without getting up and trying to close the foot rest. (very difficult to get up out of chair!)

I thought it was more comfortable and the cell phone stand is hard to stay up.

This chair didnt last a month and the reclining motion starting acting up, a piece inside bent and the who recliner became super rickety like every part in it is loose. When we first got it, we were never able to get the phone stand in place. The pieces to connect didnt match up. Appearance was great but the quality for the price is no good. Taking a loss on this one.

I purchased this chair for my husband for Christmas. It came quickly with no issues. we put it togehter and immediately noticed that the chair was tilted and then foor rest would not deploy or retract correctly. the whole frame was bent and it was missing the cell phone holder. I immediately contacted the company. They wanted pictures and video...fine. I sent that. They are offering me a 50% refund on a chair i can barely use. They said I could return it for another one at my own expense. So I am out half of my money with no chair AND 3 weeks later, still no refund or any kind. I emailed them again 3 days ago and their response was "I am trying to issue you a refund". Trying. DO NOT Purchase this chair

Quality was so poor that honestly, I really can't rate it a 1. Description, pictures and product information is completely misrepresented. You literally have to zip the armrest onto the chair. I really want my money back!!!!!! 100% dissatisfied!

The foot rest became disfunctional almost immediately, it didn't recline properly and the whole thing broke down within 4 months.

This chair looks nice but has no lever to put the footrest down. You need to push either your legs but it is extremely difficult . Many times I needed to have help pushing it down and then it won't latch in the down position. So you have to get out of the chair with the Forrest pushing up against your legs. It could not be used by anyone who had any hip or knee surgery. The jerky motion when you put the footrest up is much to hard on the knees and hips. The force needed to operate the footrest to go down is ridiculous. Also if you are not careful or have a cat that walks or sits in the footrest the whole chair tips forward until the footrest hits the floor. I would not recommend this chair or company.
