Recliner arrived in two boxes. Both had oil/grease stains on them, but the contents were wrapped up tight in plastic.
Assembly was pretty easy. Having a second person around to help fit the back into the chair was quite helpful, but not necessary.
Once assembled, the chair is pretty decent for the price. The electric recliner works, and it rocks only when the recliner is fully upright.
The arms aren't as stable / sturdy as I would like, but they'll be fine as long as you don't push outwards on them or put your entire body weight on them.
The main horizontal seat cushion is quite firm, to the point of feeling like it's not enough cushion.... but this feeling mostly goes away once you lean back into the chair or recline. I ended up putting a honeycomb gel seat cushion on (generic Purple-style cushion) to soften things up a bit.
The fabric feels nice to the touch. Haven't spilled anything on it, so i can't speak to stain resistance.
The charging port hasn't been tested, but i suspect it's not a high wattage charging port.
All in all, this is pretty good for the money. If you're looking for a recliner that will last 20 years, look elsewhere.
