Great quality for the price! The sofa is sturdy, comfortable, and looks even better in person. It was easy to set up and feels well made. I'm very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish, affordable sofa.

When the sofa arrived, it came in two large boxes with many individual parts. Assembly took about four hours, so be prepared to spend some time putting it together. However, once it was fully assembled, I was very impressed with the quality. The sofa feels sturdy, durable, and comfortable, and I love it so far. My only advice is that if you decide to buy it, have someone help you with the assembly or consider hiring someone to put it together for you.

We are so happy with our decision to order this couch. It came in only two boxes and was relatively easy to put together. Itxwas tedious and time consuming but not difficult. Itcis very well made and as comfortable as it looks. My husband and cat seem to not want to move off of it. lol. But seriously, if you are on the fence about ordering this, i assure you that this sofa delivers and will not disappoint. It is the perfect "more than a couch but less than a sectional "and the price is right on pount for what you get!

They look good, feel soft. They're fluffy huge pillows body. They came in two huge boxes. The assembly is horrible it's all in pieces it took a person all night. Hire them to put them together cause that's the worst part.

The instructions are not hard if you follow them. Takes a cpl hours to put together for one person. The biggest complaint I have would be the back cushions. They aren't as high/full enough as i expected or as normal with other couches. Other than that, great quality/feel. Give the cushions the full amount of time to decompress (5 - 7 days). Decent for the price, and very long/large. Measure your space before you order.

Delivery on time actually early in two boxes. It was a bit harder to put together than expected but not terrible. Color is a little darker then the Picture. Quality matches the price but worth it. So many versions of these cloud sofas around all websites. Hopefully it holds up

A lot to put together, black plastic in some of the screw holes that had to be tweezed out before I could get the screw to go in fully. Lots of cushion but not comfortable to lay on for long periods of times because it's lumpy, pillow cushions for the back not quite big enough to cover the hard part of the back of the couch and I wish there was storage space as least under the ottomans. It's good for relaxing and watching a movie or sitting to entertain.

Maybe worth at most $399. Not cloud quality. Not bachelor house quality. DOES NOT have a storage ottoman as advertised. So, why did I pay the extra $200, plus $90 for insurance? Certified mechanic, and it took me from 12 midnight until almost 6am to build this. Why did I even pay for this?

Very hard to out together and instructions were not clear. I had to go back on multiple Times and move things around because it did not specify which way to turn metal pieces. There is a lot of metal pieces as well. Ottomans do not stay in place well.

The fabric is nice however the couch came with missing brackets so I can't even finish putting it together. The biggest issue is the cushions fill. One of the cushions has half the amount of filling as the rest and looks terrible. I have contacted the company and hopefully they can just send a replacement cushion. Don't expect the cushion to be as soft as it appears in photos. The fill is 100's of 1” by 1” foam squares and you can feel every single one. The manufacturer definitely could have gone the extra step to put a better fill in these and then the couch would be worth the price. The frame is sturdy, the fabric is nice and seems durable but the softness and fact that I received a couch I can't fully finish assembling and a cushion wasn't filled is a major problem even at 600.00.
