came vacuum sealed, I saw the box and thought the wrong item was sent. You just cut the package and sssssssssssssss it expands. Very pretty, very soft very happy

I wish this ottoman had feet than it would be.The height that needs to be, and it is not black black.It is like a dark charcoal black. Shi.\nPping was amazing because they used u p s. Not happy with my purchase.I wanna return it.
Was sent the wrong color
It was not what I expected it to be. I thought the ottoman had storsge , but it was just a piece of foam with a covering over it. Maybe i should have read more detailed into it
