It works so good. It charges my phone faster than a real charger deathly prefer and it was only $12.

This power bank charged quickly (30 min) and could also charge the target Android phone relatively quickly (40 min). As well, the unit could recharge my Android 13 Moto Edge 2022 to about 70% when the phone battery was fully discharged. After 2 months of occasional use (4-5x each week) the unit could recharge the phone to only about 35% and then do so very slowly. Since I only paid about $14 for the unit and this was my first exposure to using a power bank, I took this as a valuable lesson and therefore I am not overly disappointed. I've now ordered a power Banks with a much larger capacity (30,000 mAmpere) and expect the replacement to perform much better and not suffer said rapid performance deterioration.

i was told these styles of portable chargers would work very well; once i purchased this one… my experience and thoughts were completely different. this charger hardly stays plugged in your phone due to the cover covering the charger piece for an iphone… second, whenever you need to charge your phone, it'll charge a few seconds, and then it'll stop even if the portable charger is fully charged. the only pro i have about this charger is that it is easy to pack and not too big.

Good product but care must be taken not to stress the plugin tab. It breaks of easily if any up or down force is applied. Make sure that the device and charger are supported.

Looks good, but don't want it

I have an iPhone 13 in a case. When I plug it into my iPhone it charges then it will stop, I jiggle it a little and it starts charging again. I don't know if it would work better if I took the case off my phone. I don't want to have to do that to make it work. It seems to be a good charger, but isn't compatible to my phone in the case.

I received a box with some Kraft wrapping material, but no chargers. I ordered 2. The box was fully sealed and the label was fully intact. I explained the situation to Walmart online and the customer service rep, Farhun was absolutely no help. The seller was also no help! They clearly did not even read my full explanation of the problem since they said the package was delivered. Yes, I received an empty box and some packaging paper for $40, but I still do not have the chargers. This is unacceptable by both Walmart online and the seller.
