Fresh and soft.
My rabbits gobbled this up. Even my little old dwarf rabbit who doesn't like hay that's too stiff and rough. He will push what he doesn't like out of his cage. He ate it all and my Giant Flemish ate it up too, but the Flemish eats anything. Will buy again definitely!

Terrible
It straw...not great. Dry and dusty. My rabbits wont eat it...gave it to the bird out side to make a nest and they wont touch it...so it's going in the compost pile.

THORNS. So many thorns.
This contains so many thorns that I may as well have just picked up a cactus after grabbing a handful of this out of the bag. Now I'm sitting here with tweezers. I'm not up for sorting through this entire bag to pull out tiny thorns. I can't feed this to my tortoise without risking internal injuries (per the Google search to find out if I could feed this as is)
