OxiClean Laundry & Home Sanitizer 4.5lb

This powdered sanitizer was by far the best on the market, I can not find another like it. Made the clothes smell and feel very clean. I truly miss this product. Please bring it back.

Recently, I brought out of storage old baby blankets, booties, and clothes that we hadn't used in about 30 years. I discovered that almost everything had discolored or was covered in brown spots. I searched online for some ideas and saw that OxiClean can clean old stains on old baby clothes. My daughter already had a box of OxiClean on her laundry shelf. I started by soaking one formerly “white” Gerber shirt and slowly built to doing several outfits at one time. I wish that I had taken before and after photos to share the dramatic results. One pink newborn nightgown with little teddy bears was covered with dark brown spots on the front of the gown and on the long sleeves. I thought it was hopeless. To my surprise, this pink gown is spot free and the color is still vivid after two days of soaking/rinsing and soaking again. I highly recommend using this product to clean old clothes and if it can do this magic for old stains, I am sure it must work wonders on brand new stains, too. Note: I used less OxiClean for each soak with the colors than with the whites just as a precaution. I did discover that fancy trim and buttons do not survive a prolonged soaking in OxiClean but the garment itself was clean. Ex: A white baby bonnet with a pink satin ribbon and stains is now a clean white baby bonnet with a white satin ribbon. After that discovery, I decided to just do a spot treatment or remove embellishments before soaking.

Let me start by saying that my household is not full of young children. I purchased this product for a fresh clean scent of laundry and it did not disappoint. Even thought the items were not soiled or musty I enjoy the clean scent that this product leaves behind.

I love OxiClean. I use it in place of bleach from multiple purposes in my home. I got a new box recently. Why oh why did you change the fragrance? Previously, it had a nice clean smell. Now it has a cloying, disgusting, fake floral smell. This is definitely not an improvement for the consumer. I am very sensitive to chemical odors, and this one makes me feel nauseous. It sadness me to say that I have wasted money on this giant box of OxiClean and will not be able to use it, and will not be able to use it in the future because of this awful product change. The one load I used it in, had to be re-washed and rinsed to get most of the odor out. It's a crying shame.

I love this for cleaning our clothes and disinfecting! My family is in the health field so we love the sanitizing feature. My kids have sensitive skin and we have had no problems! It takes out stains and smells better than other products we've tried! Please bring this back!

Dissolved perfectly. Didn't damage clothes' fabric or color, didn't have an overwhelming fragrance. I only had a chance to get one of these and im devastated I can't replace it now it's empty. I'd love my peace of mind back with this sanitizer. Thank you!

I was trying to find a product to help get underarm sweat/deodorant stains out of my sons work shirts. oxi clean max force has done wonders. I will admit is was years of build up on his arm pit areas. I bought this product in hopes of finally finding something that would work. Boy howdy did it ever! I am genuinely impressed with this product!

This is a great product. Unfortunately ive used it once. I'm taking care of my elderly father. I need it to disinfect laundry. However, i can't find this product anywhere anymore. It appears to be discontinued. It would be awesome to simply order this product from Amazon. Its very frustrating trying to track down a product that isn't discontinued but is nowhere to be found... I would love to buy a 5 gallon bucket of the product. its to simplify my life. Thanks.

This is my favorite laundry product and I'm beyond disappointed it's been discontinued. In short, it works and is easy to use in my little stackable washing machine, which does best with powdered products, not liquids or pods. I've been using it consistently for 5-6 years and our clothes always come out clean & fresh. Please bring it back.

This is a thank you to oxy clean. I recently got out my wedding dress for our ten year wedding anniversary. Unfortunately, somehow during storage, it got horribly stained. My husband suggested using oxy clean. With nothing to loose, we soaked it in the tub and a few hours later, it came out looking brand new!
