OXO 8" Professional Hard Anodized Nonstick, Frying Pan Skillet

Capacity for a 12" skillet was what I was looking for. Many recipes overwhelmed a rounded corner 12" skillet with too much volume. The skillet does heat higher at lower temtemperature setting per oxo instructions, possibly because of the induction plate. Time will tell as far as nonstick and durability.

First, I am glad to have a ceramic pan. It heats evenly and is super-non-stick. Better than the teflon pan it replaces. Plus, it washes up so easily, because the joint with the handle is also non-stick. Everything to like about this pan, and nothing not to like.

The exact size we use most! It has flat bottom for more cooking space, solid handle so no gunk will build up inside there. Great looking pan. More expensive than what it replaces, but hope it lasts at least twice as long!

Nice, solid fry pan. Good non-stick surface when new. We will see if the non-stick holds up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are so nice! Oxo makes some solid kitchenware all around. We have a coffee pot from them and have loved it for years. I love how the pan has taller sides. Really helps when frying eggs and flipping them. Heats evenly, nonstick and I love being able to throw this in the oven if I want to finish off with a broil or keep the food warm. Definitely going to be purchasing the rest of the set.

The size is small enough to make fried eggs or some small stir fried stuff. It keeps the heat pretty good. It's not heavy so it's good to hold and cook easily. It's very comfortable to use.

This skillet burn up in center and lost its non stick. Going back.
