[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The thermal carafe does keep the coffee pretty warm. I do prewarm it with boiling water. The unit is simple to use and instructions easy to comprehend. Would love for there to be a reusable insert instead of paper.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Seems to be as sturdy as usual for OXO brand items, however, the width of the brush has shrunk a bit from the width of the brush I had in my old set. Otherwise, I am looking forward to several years of service from my new brush and pan.

I still have one of your older models and I like the way the bristles sweep up very small particles like cat litter and pet hair in tile grout spaces and overall. The new stiffer, fewer bristles just don't sweep as well as the old ones do. I do like the overall design with the dust pan handle fitting snuggly into the dust pan. The new leading edge on the pan allows particles into the pan better than the old one. The quality of the unit is quite good. Remake the next model with all of the current features and return to thicker, smaller bristles and you've got a five star winner for my use. Maybe for the use of most customers a four star rating. For my own use, just three.

I have two old oXO Dustpans that look quite like this recent purchase except the pan and brush handle are solid wide. Both are at least 10 years old and are still very usable. The basic design of what I just purchased is the same old that there is a little red bit of decoration on the pan. However, the bristles are much limper and they're not real bristles. I assume they're plastic or nylon. And do not do a particularly great job in pushing any duster dirt into the pan.

This is fourth generation of the Good Grips Dustpan Set I have owned and it will be the last one I will try. It is awful! The red rubber gasket on the edge of the pan makes it difficult to pick-up the dust. You end up moving it across the area you just swept. I would avoid this and try some other brand. I really have liked the previous versions of this pan set but this one is just not good enough. Keep looking.
